What Is A Tour Guide?

In every holiday package, we include the services of a local Tour Guide at no extra cost. This means you're taken care of every step of the way by our Holiday Factory teams. From welcoming you at the airport to ensuring your comfort at the hotel, our guides are dedicated to making your experience exceptional. They offer the most exciting tours for the best prices, provide insider tips on dining and sightseeing, and are available to assist you throughout your stay. Whether you book tours in advance or on-site, our guides are committed to enhancing your local experience with attention to every detail.

Are Sightseeing Tours Included In The Packages?

Sightseeing tours are not included in our packages unless specified. You have the flexibility to pick and choose which tours you would like to join. You can book tours directly with our representatives when at the destination, or you can purchase the tours in advance.

What Does The Travel Insurance Cover?

Going on a holiday involves careful planning, but sometimes the unexpected happens. That's why all Holiday Factory customers receive complimentary Travel Insurance included in their holiday packages. In partnership with Standard Insurance Co., one of the leading insurance companies in the Philippines, our travel insurance covers Personal Accident, Emergency Medical Treatment, and Inconvenience Travel Benefits The sum insured varies depending on the holiday package availed. This coverage ensures peace of mind, whether you've lost your luggage, need to find the nearest clinic, or have encountered an injury.

Are Visas Included In Your Packages?

Many of our holiday destinations offer "Visa Free" or "Visa on Arrival" options. For other destinations, we provide visas only if it is specifically stated in the package inclusions.

Please note that obtaining visas and visa information is the sole responsibility of the traveler(s). However, we support your visa application by providing the necessary travel documents accepted by all visa centers.

Do You Offer Young Traveler Discounts?

Yes! Children aged 2-11 years at the time of travel may be eligible for a discount, depending on the package purchased. To receive this discount, a birth certificate is required as proof of age.

For infants below 2 years old, a minimal handling fee will be applied based on the chosen package, and they will travel on a lap-seat basis. However, infants younger than sixteen days old are not permitted to travel for safety reasons.

Can I Check Travel Dates Before Buying Vouchers?

You can explore travel dates after purchasing your vouchers. Each deal comes with its own specific travel validity window. We guarantee your preferred dates. In the rare event of availability issues, we'll provide the nearest available date at no extra cost.

Can I Make Changes To My Holiday After Confirming My Booking?

Once your booking is confirmed, changes such as transferring to another name or destination are not possible However, if someone in your party is unable to travel due to serious circumstances, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another person or change the departure date, subject to supplier rebooking fees and/or rate differences.

For any other amendments, the lead passenger must request them at least seven business days before departure. Please check our Terms & Conditions or contact our customer care team for further assistance regarding penalty fees and revisions.

Can I Cancel My Holiday Voucher If I Change My Mind?

Yes, you can cancel your holiday voucher. Charges will apply depending on the package you've chosen. Please refer to our general terms & conditions for the cancellation policy.
